Robin Wilson, Executive Director- Robin Wilson joined Rays of Light, Inc. as the Executive Director in March of 2014. Robin is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Community Health. She began her career working in youth ministry, focusing on mission and outreach programs. She then transitioned to function as a Regional Teen Director with the Metropolitan Dallas YMCA. During that time, she oversaw programming at four local branches. Following her time at the YMCA, Robin served in a dual capacity as the Director of Emergency Services and Authority Designate for Network of Community Ministries. While there, she concentrated on expanding basic needs programming for impoverished children and families in the North Dallas area. Robin is passionate about working with children and being part of the Rays of Light family. Robin is married and has one son.
Debbie Solomon, Program Director- Debbie Solomon is the Program Director for Night Lights (our respite care program) and has been with Rays of Light since September, 2010. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Salem State University in Massachusetts and early on in her career, taught at the high school level. Debbie was a stay-at-home mom for many years and held various volunteer positions at her children’s schools. She is married and has two daughters. She feels extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work for Rays of Light and to serve our special families.
Adriana Campos, Outreach Coordinator- Adriana Campos has worked with Rays of Light as the Outreach Coordinator since 2015. She is currently attending Texas Woman’s University studying to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She has been very involved in her community as well as in Christ Foundry United Methodist Church, in ministries such as, the youth program and their music program. Adriana’s hope is to ensure Rays of Light continues to be a great program for the families to enjoy.
